Overview
House is an orchestrator: it mounts the Vonkara, Heldaro, and Kragara products under one shell, backed by one shared Postgres database (a schema per product) and one gateway.
The shape of the system
Section titled “The shape of the system”- One shell. A single-page app — the Aerial Lot — is the home you land on. Products mount into it as rooms. See The Aerial Lot shell.
- One account, one household. You have a single House identity. Your data lives inside a household, and every product scopes its data to that household. See Households.
- One gateway. A Caddy gateway is the single trust boundary. It authenticates each request and tells each product who you are and what you may do.
- Entitlements travel one wire. What you can access is resolved from the database at request time and forwarded to products as signed headers. See Entitlements & suites.

Each product also runs standalone outside House. Inside House it runs in house-mode: the same product, wired to the shared account, household, and gateway.
