Billing
House bills per room. Each product has its own tier ladder, plus hero add-ons and one cross-room bundle. Everything below is monthly at launch, priced in USD.
Room tiers
Section titled “Room tiers”Free is the absence of a paid subscription. Paid tiers per room:

Heldaro’s and Kragara’s Premium tiers are defined in the catalogue but data-gated — they open once there is conversion data to differentiate them, and are not sellable today. Vonkara has no Premium tier: the rung was retired in August 2026 and would be priced afresh if it returns.
Each tier bundles that room’s packs (see below). Starter also lifts a room’s free usage caps.
A pack is a bundle of a room’s features. Packs are granted by tiers today; selling packs individually opens per room over time (Vonkara first).

The Whole House bundle

AI usage & overage
Section titled “AI usage & overage”Every verified person gets a free AI allowance of 50 calls / month and 5 calls / day. Beyond
that (and beyond any purchased AI Boost), calls are billed as overage at $0.09 per call. AI access
itself is gated behind the cap:ai:use capability, and every call is metered per person at the House
egress chokepoint. See Entitlements & suites and the

Overage is consumption billed in-period (not prepaid): it is added to your existing monthly invoice or rolled forward until it is worth invoicing.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Annual billing is not offered at launch.
